One on One

Coaching for Entrepreneurs

The standard RayCoach subscription package is appropriate for current and aspiring entrepreneurs who want to clarify their vision for self, business, team, organization, or community. First-time clients are strongly encouraged to consider this package.

We’ll work together to clarify your vision, identify and break through barriers, deepen your learning, and instigate action towards your goals. The package usually lasts for six months, though many clients continue for a full year or more.

This package includes:

One 90-minute launch session
One or two 45-minute individual coaching sessions per month by phone/Zoom/Skype
15-minute “laser coaching” sessions as needed in between sessions
Unlimited contact via text, email, and voice mail in between sessions

Executive Check-in

This package is appropriate for entrepreneurs who want to focus on growing specific skills and competencies. We’ll work together to continue action toward your goals, resetting and measuring progress along the way.

Sessions are scheduled based on your need for coaching, allowing for ad hoc check-ins.

This package includes:

360-degree feedback collected and packaged to shape skills development work
Ten 30-minute check-in calls, scheduled by client as needed
Interaction focused specifically on helping improve entrepreneurship skills, whether you are a formal, informal, or emerging entrepreneur
Customized entrepreneurship fieldwork assignments in between sessions

Get It Done! Breakthrough Day

This coaching “mini-retreat” is appropriate for continuing clients who need a major breakthrough, now!

We’ll spend a concentrated amount of time (in person) together, working to clarify your goal and break through whatever is holding you back.

Our mission is to help you leave the session with major breakthroughs and significant progress made toward a goal. If you’re a continuing client, and need to gain major progress on a “make-or-break” issue, this is a powerful way to get out of your own way and get it done!

This package includes:

Half- or whole-day in-person breakthrough session in Oakland, DC, Cork, or Dublin*
Space, materials, food, and beverages for the time we spend together (You must be ready to unplug, disconnect, and focus for the entire time we work together!)

Highly recommended for continuing clients, but available to anyone.

*Note: Travel costs will be added when outside of Ray’s Oakland or Cork headquarters.

Ready, Set, GO! : A Coaching Experience for Early-Stage Entrepreneurs

Do you have a new business idea or vision that you’ve been dreaming about, but haven’t moved forward? Have you felt stuck, instead of acting boldly on your vision? Would you like to be part of a culturally diverse, supportive community of entrepreneurs like yourself, who are using their business to do good in the world? RayCoach is pleased to offer a 12-week coaching experience designed for multicultural entrepreneurs just like you. If you:

Have an idea for a new business (or expansion of your existing business) that will do good in the world
Expect your service to make positive change in your life, community, and the world
Are ready to get into action and make your greater impact

…then this group is for you!

By the end of this 12-week group, you will explore the following themes:

Naming your mission in the world
Pinpointing and describing your value to your customers
Determining when to launch/expand
Building your support network of multicultural entrepreneurs
Crafting a detailed business action plan for implementing your vision

During the group, you will receive:

Six 75-minute group coaching sessions
Six 15-minute, 1:1 “laser coaching” sessions with a RayCoach team member to move you forward on individual challenges
Accountability partnership with entrepreneurs like yourself
A valid, reliable, accredited Strengths Profile to help you identify what energizes you as an entrepreneur--and help you craft your brand—a 50 USD value alone!
Resources and tools to help you assess, refine, and launch your business vision

All coaching sessions are conducted by phone in English and include participants across North America and the European Union.

Registration Fee: 2000 USD for the entire 12-week program. Payment plans are available. Partial scholarships sometimes available for social impact entrepreneurs.

New groups will launch in the coming year. Dates will be designed around group members.

Clarify Your Calling

A half-day workshop designed to help you clear the clouds around what your mission is as an entrepreneur. Interactive exercises help you answer the big questions:

What’s my mission?
What am I here to do? What is the impact I’m here to make?
What are my entrepreneurship strengths and growth areas?
Who must I be next in order to make my impact?

Get It Together

A full-day workshop designed to move you from vision to strategic action. During this session, we’ll use a series of exercises to help you answer the following questions:

What does my mission require? What will it take to get there?
What’s next? What will my action plan be over the next 6-12 months to get this mission going?
Who are my strategic partners? How will I engage them?
How can I sustain energy and commitment in order to make that impact?
